This blog is for anyone who... * Has ever lost functionality in a app (particularly a paid app) after an iOS update * Has ever lost data due to an iOS update * Feels Apple has mistreated them Eventually, it is our hope that a class action lawsuit will be initiated against Apple for their customer unfriendly business practices with respect to iOS updates (which cost consumers both anguish & thousands of dollars). Time permitting, we plan to detail a recent issue with Apple that has gone on without a resolution, even though Apple is legally obliged to provide one. We believe the issue shows Apple's lack of concern for both its legal obligations and for its customers. In the meantime, if you have a grievance against Apple with respect to an iOS update, loss of app functionality or data, or about how you were treated by Apple, please let us know.
